"FLYTIMES4U"

"FLYTIMES4U" is a website created for the Online & Mobile Journalism module in Limkokwing University, under the supervision of Mr Robert J Landberg. Along with the necessary 3 short news articles. 3 medium-length feature articles and 1 long feature article, the website will also include the photos attached and if possible, videos that will be viewed by whoever is accessible to the website. 

 

This website is under Amida Afsha, 110038868. A Malaysian student in her 4th semester (year 2), she hopes to complete her (Hons) Broadcasting & Journalism course with high honours and to further her masters most probably in Journalism or Corporate Communications/Management (still deciding). 

 

Born and bred in Kuala Lumpur, she sat for her IGCSE (O Level) exams at 16 and went to Singapore to obtain her IB (International Baccalaureate) Diploma and then returned home to Malaysia to continue with her degree. 

 

Always undecided and clueless, it was her mother's nagging that got her into this degree - "I want her to be like Christiane Amanpour", she was fond of saying (lol you wish though, mum) - but unbeknownst to Amida, she had to learn what it was like to be behind the camera and in front of the camera too. Luckily, she feels that she's in the right career path and with her dear friends by her side, there's no stopping them for the future of the broadcasting and journalism world.
